3. How far in advance should I book my ride?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport transfers, weddings, and special events. For last-minute bookings, we do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.

Hourly rates, no hidden fees and 4 hours minimum reservation for Sprinters, Limousines and Party Buses. (Mile restrictions may apply)

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Hourly Rates

Our pricing for party buses, Shuttles, Motorcoach Limousines and Sprinters are based on an hourly rate with a minimum reservation requirement of 4 hours. All reservations can be made online through the bookings systems on our website, through calling our customer service team and through emails. Our hourly rates include the following: Reservation Fee (non-refundable deposit) Electronic Payment Transfer Fee, Toll Fee and Gas Fee.
 

2. Hourly rate exclusions

Hourly rates do not include tips to the driver. While it is not mandatory, gratuities are highly appreciated and can be given to your driver directly. General cleaning fee is included in our flat hourly rates. However, Additional charges may apply in cases where there’s blood, stooling, vomiting etc.

 

3. Deposit and Payment

 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a bus, sprinter and limousines for your event if the booking is made at least 7 days in advance. For reservations made less than 7 days before the event, the full amount (deposit and balance) must be paid upfront. If a reservation is canceled 2 days or less before the event, the amount will not be refunded. For Luxury SUVs and Sedans transport reservations are subject to availability, bookings and payments can be processed same day.

 

4. Terms of service

Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Grandview Limousine Services LLC reserves the right to updates or modify our terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice and effective upon posting on our website.

 

5. Damages and Clients Responsibility

The client is responsible for any damages caused to our vehicles during the event and transport beyond normal wear and tear. Clients are responsible for their luggage and personal items. Grandview Limousine Services LLC, its employee, contractors and agents is not liable for any loss, damages or stolen belongings during transport service. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding their booking details including pick up time, location and special requests.

 

6. Guidelines for safety

Passengers are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines while on board. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of the service without a refund. Passengers are expected to be respectful to our drivers as unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the service without a refund.

 

7. Modifications to reservation

Modifications to the reservation for buses, sprinters and limousine such as changes in location, choice of vehicles or additional hours, may attract additional fees and are subject to availability.

 

8. Privacy

Our client’s privacy is of utmost importance to us. Kindly refer to our privacy policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Liability limitations and Indemnification

We (Grandview Limousine services LLC) are not liable for delays or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road traffic and closures, inclement weather, mechanical, or road conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Grandview Limousine Services LLC, its employees, contractors and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from the use of our services.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes that arises from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Dallas Texas.
